How much does it cost?
Packing and delivery
costs £19.99 for bikes and £5.00 for everything else. We do send bikes
outside mainland UK but delivery charges are quoted on an individual
basis. If you would like to place an overseas order, send us your
country and postcode and we can give you an accurate delivery price.
Please note that due to very high charges, delivery outside of Europe
becomes impractical.
How long does it take?
Our
courier aims to deliver next day but please allow 48 hours after you
receive the dispatch notification email from us. We usually process
your order within a few hours of receiving it, but during busy periods
it can take upto a week to get bikes built and sent.
Do I have to build the bike?
No,
we build and setup your bike before it is sent. When you get it, it is
almost ready to ride, however, to get it in the box we have to turn the
handlebars and remove the pedals and front wheel. It's very easy to
finish off and you'll only need an allen key and spanner. If at anytime
you have trouble, we're only a phone call away and will be more than
happy to offer assistance.
There's a problem with my order, how do I sort it?
If
you're not totally happy with our service then we have failed. We don't
like failing so get in touch, either by phone or email, and we'll do
our very best to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
Please note: We are closed on Wednesdays, so emails sent after 5:30PM on Tuesday will not be answered until Thursday morning.
